1. App Overview
WizarArc provides AI-based outfit transformation from photos you upload. The app includes style selection, generation, and local output management features.
2. Key Privacy Commitment
Your uploaded photos are processed for generation only. We do not extract face templates or build facial identity databases.
- No biometric face collection or retention.
- No identity account requirement for core usage.
- Temporary upload handling with automatic deletion windows.
3. User Responsibilities
- You confirm lawful ownership or permission for each uploaded image.
- You must not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
- You are responsible for local device security and local saved files.
4. Usage Rights
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the app, subject to this agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
App intellectual property remains owned by WizarArc or its licensors. You retain rights to your original photos. Generation-related temporary processing rights are limited to fulfilling your request.
6. Disclaimer and Liability
The app is provided on an “as-is” basis, to the extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use interruptions, output differences, or device-level loss events.
7. Termination
We may terminate or restrict usage for severe violations of this agreement or misuse that harms platform safety, legal compliance, or other users.

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued usage after effective updates indicates acceptance of revised terms.
