Subscription Agreement

This agreement governs paid subscription services offered through the WizarArc mobile app. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms below.

      Privacy remains unchanged for subscribers: we do not collect face recognition information, biometric face data, or identity-linked user data.
    

1. Key Privacy Commitment

Whether you subscribe or not, WizarArc applies the same privacy standards. Subscription status does not expand our data collection scope.

No biometric collection: facial recognition information is not collected or retained.
No identity collection: no personal identity profile is created for subscription use.
Uploaded photos: temporary processing only, with automatic deletion within 24 hours.

2. Subscription Services Overview

Subscription services may include benefits such as reduced coin friction, smoother generation workflow, and enhanced service experience as displayed in-app for each plan.

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Plan type, billing period, and local currency pricing are shown at purchase time in the App Store billing flow.

Prices and features may be adjusted for future billing cycles.
Existing paid periods are honored until renewal timing.
Payments are handled by the App Store in-app purchase system.

4. Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the current billing period ends according to App Store policy windows.

Cancel in your App Store account settings.
Cancellation applies to the next billing period.
Current cycle access remains available until period end.

5. User Responsibilities

You confirm lawful ownership or permission to use uploaded photos and agree not to use subscription features for illegal or infringing activity.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service access for material violations of this agreement or related platform rules.

7. Service Changes

Subscription features may be updated, suspended, or adjusted as product capabilities evolve. Significant changes are communicated within the app where applicable.

8. Disclaimer and Liability Limits

Subscription services are provided on an “as-is” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

9. Agreement Updates

We may update this agreement periodically. Continued use of subscription services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
