Welcome to WizarArc, an AI image-to-image tool focused on real-person outfit transformation. This policy explains how we handle information while you use our mobile application.

      Core privacy commitment: We do not collect, store, or process facial recognition information, facial data, or biometric face data.
    

1. Information We Do Not Collect

WizarArc does not collect user data of any kind. This includes personal identity information, usage logs, device identity information, and data that can identify or be linked to you.

No face data collection: no facial recognition templates, biometric maps, or facial feature databases.
No account identity tracking: no name, phone number, date of birth, or profile registration requirement.
No persistent usage profiling: no long-term behavior profile tied to user identity.

2. Information We Process (Temporary Only)

The only content processed is the photo you voluntarily upload for outfit transformation. The upload is used solely for generation and is not used for advertising or profiling.

Important: we do not extract facial data from uploaded photos.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Uploaded source photos are temporarily cached for processing and are automatically deleted within 24 hours after generation is completed. Generated images are stored only on your own device for your convenience.

Uploaded photo: temporary processing only, auto deleted within 24 hours.
Generated image: stored on your device and controlled by you.
Server retention: no long-term retention of user-uploaded source photos.

4. How We Use Processed Content

Uploaded photos are used only to apply your selected outfit style and generate transformed output. We do not use uploaded content for training, resale, ad targeting, or unrelated analytics.

5. Data Protection

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect temporarily processed content from unauthorized access or disclosure.

6. Third-Party Services

Core transformation processing is handled by WizarArc systems. We do not provide your uploaded photos to unrelated parties for independent use.

7. Your Rights

Because we do not maintain long-term personal data profiles, there is generally no identity-linked dataset to request for export. You may still contact us at any time for privacy questions.

8. Policy Changes

We may update this policy to reflect legal, product, or operational changes. Updated versions will be published in-app with the revised effective date.
